By accessing or using Krowcode software, website, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. License

Krowcode is open source software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You may use, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license.

3. Use of the Software

You agree to use Krowcode only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

4. Intellectual Property

The Krowcode name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Krowcode. The software source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0, but the trademarks are not included in that license. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission, except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Krowcode may integrate with third-party services (e.g., AI providers, Git hosting platforms). Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Contributions

By submitting contributions (code, documentation, bug reports, etc.) to the Krowcode project, you agree that your contributions are made under the same AGPL-3.0 license as the project. You represent that you have the right to make such contributions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
